Nick has established and managed the Learning & Development strategic planning and department teams for both regional and global organizations.
He now offers Learning strategy consultancy services to organizations and teams.
Responsibilities and tasks can include : proposing and agreeing strategic Learning direction with board level clients, planning and budgeting, implementing strategic learning projects, alignment of learning needs with appropriate learning technologies and development of both internal and external training resources.
If your L&D team urgently needs extra (FTE) resource, Nick is available on a project or part time / temporary basis to provide the additional resource that will help you deliver on your commitments.
