Implement Corporate University direction

We were tasked to lead the development of a corporate university for a global 1st tier automotive company.  The scope of this strategic project was to develop and deliver learning offerings for employees at all levels and all functions of the business, from shop floor to board level.  We led the project from concept stage to global implementation across R&D centers and production plants in Europe, North America and China.

Reporting to the Global VP HR and aligning with the company board the role included, agreeing the 5 year strategic plan, setting annual training priorities, kpi’s and budget, developing internal training expertise, training supplier selection, managing the global roll out, alignment with functional experts, selecting appropriate learning technologies and developing and delivering high priority training programs.
