Our story.
We are Nick and Elsa Regan, a husband and wife team who didn’t really start out to be Learning and Development consultants. In fact our unlikely alliance (an English man and a French lady based in the Netherlands) didn’t even start out working in Learning and Development.
Elsa’s career started in scientific research, she has a PhD in cellular biology and marveled in her lab at the amazing relationships between molecules. Nick was educated as a Mechanical Engineer. His career was initially focused on developing products. Later he became an Engineering Manager and quickly understood that he was much more passionate about developing people.
