Elsa is an Executive Coach, Systemic Team Coach, Organization & Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC), facilitator, & leadership trainer.
Elsa is French and has 15 years experience in academic research. Later she worked on an R&D science board for a multi-national company. She knows that navigating leadership in today’s world requires more than just expertise—it calls for self-awareness, adaptability, and the ability to inspire trust and collaboration. Her passion is to help leaders and teams unlock their full potential, embrace transformation, and create meaningful impact.
Nick Regan
Nick is an ICF-certified Leadership Coach, experienced Systemic Team Coach, and Accredited Professional Dialogue Practitioner.
Nick is English and draws on over 25 years of corporate leadership experience, spanning product development, engineering management, and global learning & development. His real passion is teams and team work, he knows that teams are the real force in delivering value and growth.
