Elsa is an Executive Coach, Systemic Team Coach, Organization & Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC), Facilitator, and Leadership Trainer.
I’ve always been fascinated by people—how they think, how they connect, and how they navigate change. As a child, I would listen in on adult conversations, captivated by their stories and the dynamics between them. At school I loved championing my friends, helping them see their strengths, and making sense of their challenges. That curiosity has never left me. Today, I work with leaders and teams, helping them build trust, foster deeper collaboration, and lead with authenticity.
My professional journey started in academia, where I spent over 15 years as a scientific researcher and lecturer. I loved the thrill of discovery—the process of experimenting, questioning, and uncovering new insights. I loved the knowledge sharing at congresses and the critical interactions with colleagues and students. Later, my career took me into corporate leadership, where I worked on the R&I science board with a role of facilitating strategic projects and guiding expert teams through transformation. In both spaces, I saw a common thread: meaningful progress happens when people feel heard, connected, and empowered to think and act differently.
That’s what led me to leadership coaching and team development. I completed my coaching diploma in 2005 and have spent the past 12+ years working with executives and teams across industries, supporting them in navigating complexity and creating real impact. My coaching is rooted in deep listening, sharp observation, and a belief in the power of human connection. Whether I’m co-creating large strategic team events, coaching a leadership team, or facilitating leadership development programs, my focus is always on helping people bring more clarity, confidence, and authenticity to their leadership and team.
Originally from France, I moved to Utrecht, The Netherlands in 1999 and this is where I co-lead ici2learn and I'm 'co-developping' our 3 amazing boys together with Nick. Outside of work, I find joy in returning (often) to Paris, sampling the rhythm of Parisian life and entering the richness of deep conversations. I have always felt a flow when on stage, as a dancer (when I was younger) and more recently as a public / keynote speaker (incl. TEDx). Alongside my executive coaching work, I’m also a Gestalt therapy practitioner, which further highlights my passion for understanding human dynamics.
My personal core values are—learning, connection, freedom, and authenticity—they shape everything I do, both in my work and in life.
If you're looking for an insightful leadership coach, an engaging team development expert / facilitator, or an inspirational keynote speaker, I’d love to connect.
