Teamwork and leadership in our global corporate environments are both complex and uncertain.

But what if the fundamental skills behind them were simple to understand—and within reach through practice?

Welcome to our Masterclass Series, designed to explore and strengthen the core skills of teamwork and leadership. We hope you enjoy this introduction to our experiential journeys of Skillful Collaboration and Brilliant Presentations.

For his Masterclass series, Nick will take your leaders or teams on a journey of Skillful Collaboration.

Skillful Collaboration

If you'd met Nick as a small child, you would have seen him kicking a football with a group of mates, using all of his budding soccer skills to help the team win the game! He loved winning and realised at a young age that he couldn't win the game alone. From these early experiences his passion for teamwork was born.

Since then Nick has always had this passion for collaborating with teams. He's been in teams that delivered world class products in the automotive sector. He's led teams that grew each and every team member. He's worked across teams to implement complex systems and processes. He's developed global strategic projects in the L&D sector. He's collaborated to set up numerous successful entrepreneurial ventures. Now he coaches and facilitates teams so that they can connect, work together and deliver on their stakeholder expectations.... oh and he also still plays soccer and coaches 2 soccer teams too. :-))

It's fair to say, Nick is a Master of Collaboration.

In the complex world of global inter-connected organizations, Nick has observed 4 simple barriers that significantly impact the levels of collaboration in teams and between teams and leaders.

Do you recognize these barriers in your teams / organization?

To overcome the barriers and build the skills of collaboration, this Masterclass series is re-framed as a journey to places where collaboration can occur, Nick names these 'Places of Skillful Collaboration'.

Throughout the Masterclass series he invites you to experience each of these places, where you will learn and practice Skillful Collaboration.

Can you imagine the impact on your 1:1 relationships, your team dynamics and your organizational performance of being in these places of Skillful Collaboration?

Elsa is often to be found in front of groups as she facilitates team sessions and big group events. And recently she added the latest feather to her presenting bow when she became a TEDx speaker...

Brilliant Presentations

Elsa has 'stage presence'. This first showed up when she danced semi professionally as a young girl in performances at her beloved Paris dance school. Later she again took to the stage, presenting her academic research at major scientific conferences and sharing her knowledge at university lectures. And later still in her corporate career, she enjoyed communicating before and for the R&I science board and at cross organizational town hall meetings. These are experiences where connecting with the audience with a concise and resonant story is critical for the message to make impact.

Elsa's self awareness gives her a solid place to stand (or sit) as she starts to present. She knows deeply her 'stance' of showing up with vulnerability and sharing authentic stories to create deep connection with her audience. She also knows about the power of her voice, its tone, pace and how the space between words impacts the room. Equally she skillfully uses body language and movement to create a dynamic connection with the people in the room. Elsa's focus is to share a message and to tell this message through a mix of story, voice, and body language.

It's fair to say, Elsa is a Master of Presentation.

Every day in organizations, we communicate—whether through conversations, presentations, or meetings. In business, messages often get lost in data-heavy slides, lacking a compelling narrative.

The ability to deliver clear, impactful messages with confidence is essential for engaging leadership, influencing stakeholders, securing approvals, and driving action.

For leaders and experts, a key challenge is finding the answer to 'how do I communicate concisely and effectively? particularly in senior leadership meetings. Many struggle with structuring their points, making clear asks, and adapting to their audience and time constraints.

This Masterclass series is designed around our original Brilliant Presentation Framework. (Map | Craft | Rehearse | Deliver | Move) which will help you move beyond slide-heavy presentations to creating powerful, precise messages and telling stories that inspire and drive decisions.

The learning will be facilitated through interactive, participative workshops. The program combines practical exercises, real-case applications, and immediate feedback for lasting impact. Participants will practice presenting with real cases from their own context, refining key messages and gaining hands-on experience in structuring and delivering impactful presentations.

Can you imagine the impact of being able to create and deliver Brilliant Presentations?
